Mert néhány nappal ezelőtt olyan szituációba kerültem, amiben nem a kommunikáció nyelve, hanem a módja volt a lényegesebb.
Mindketten magyarul beszéltünk, de ennek ellenére nem értettük meg egymást. A feszültségből sértettség lett, megoldás nem.
Kinek volt ez jó? Senkinek, sem nekem, sem a másik félnek.
Aztán sikerült az ügyet megoldanom két nap alatt, mert szem előtt tartottam néhány fontos dolgot, amit hajlamosak vagyunk elfelejteni konfliktushelyzetekben. Most megosztom ezt veletek! Íme:
1. Ne taktikázz! —–> Beszélj egyenesen!
2. Ne sértődj meg! —–> Fejezd ki közvetlenül az érzelmeidet!
3. Ne a másikat hibáztasd! —–> Értsd meg a másikat!
4. Ne védekezz! Ne támadj! —–> Érvelj!
5. Ne a kényszerítő körülményeket hangsúlyozd! —–> Fogalmazd meg az igényeidet egyértelműen!
+1. Ne ragaszkodj a hatalmi pozicióhoz! —–> Tekints egyenrangú partnerként a másikra!
